Kalamon olives are world renouned, originating in the Kalamata region (PDO) of Greece. The olives are full flavoured, rich in nutritional value and pleasing to the mouth. A worthy accompaniment for all dishes. Place them in a jar with 1 to 3 vinegar to water solution and leave for a few days and the olives will become zesty and fresh, otherwise leave as is with a strong original taste.
